These tasty chickpea flavour bombs not only taste great but the addition of our Turmeric Golden blend will help boost your immune system over the coming cooler months… making them the perfect winter snack! 


1 x 400g can chickpeas
1 Tbsp Olive or coconut oil
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp Turmeric Golden Blend Kintra Foods


  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas
  2. Place chickpeas on to a clean tea towel and rub gently to remove the skins
  3. Place the chickpeas on a lined baking tray and drizzle with oil and sprinkle over the Turmeric Blend.
  4. Stir around until well coated. Alternatively place ingredients in a bag and massage until well coated before placing on the lined tray.
  5. Bake at 180C for 20-30 mins stirring every 10 mins until your desired crispiness.
